In order to facilitate the timely payment of tuition, accommodation and insurance fees for international students and help you register for the new semester on time and smoothly, the notice of 2018-2019 academic year payment is hereby notified as follows:

缴费凭证非常重要，请务必保管好缴费凭证以便核查。For the importance of the transfer receipt, please save it well for university verification.
国际员工保险费由古天乐代言太阳集团138代收。员工须在2018年9月14日（周五）前前往古天乐代言太阳集团1383号楼221办公室使用支付宝支付。
For insurance fee, you need to pay in the Student Affairs OFFICE (Room 221 Building 3 College of International Education) by AliPay before 14th September 2018 (Friday).
三、关于缴费与注册 Payment and Registration
各位国际员工须在2018年9月14日前付清2018-2019学年的学费、住宿费、保险费，并且持相关缴费凭证至各专业公司进行注册报到。对于未缴清费用的员工，专业公司将不予以注册报到。注册成功的员工可以申请新的居留许可，选课后参加新学期的各类教学课程与活动。
请相关专业公司及时通知国际员工并作好宣传工作，协同完成2018—2019学年国际员工学费、住宿费、保险费的收缴任务。
Students should pay off tuition, accommodation, insurance and other prescribed fee before 14th September 2018. Then the major college will help students do the Student-ID booklet register according to payment receipt. Otherwise, the major college will refuse the registration. Only students who register successfully are allowed to get new residence permit, select courses then participate in academic activities in the new semester.
For the major college, please inform international students in time and cooperate with our department to collect tuition, accommodation and insurance fee.
