以下47名国际员工未缴清2024-2025学年的学宿费，未能完成注册手续。根据公司学籍管理等相关规定，将予以强制休学。具体安排如下：
1. 欠费员工将予以强制休学，休学期一般为一年。员工在申请复学时，必须缴清所有历史欠费及新学年的学宿费。
2. 休学期间不能参与公司各类教学活动、不能申请公司各类奖学金。
3. 休学的员工必须在2025年7月1日前搬离宿舍并出境。
4. 休学员工的居留许可将被取消，居留许可已过期的员工，不可办理任何停留签证。
公示期：2025年6月20日至2025年6月25日。在公示期内，如果员工足额缴清（非分期付款）欠费，可以继续学习。

The following 47 international students have failed to complete their registration procedures due to unpaid tuition and accommodation fees for the 2024 academic year. According to the school’s student status management regulations, they will be placed on academic suspension. Specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Students with unpaid fees will be suspended for one year. To apply for reinstatement, students must clear all the outstanding fees and pay the tuition and accommodation fees for the new academic year.
2. During the suspension period, students are not allowed to participate in any school academic activities or apply for any school scholarships.
3. Suspended students must move out of the dorm and leave China BEFORE July 1st, 2025.
4. The residence permits of the suspended students will be revoked, and students whose residence permit has expired are not eligible for any temporary visa.
Public notice period: June 20 to June 25, 2025. If students fully pay their outstanding fees (not in installments) during this period, they may continue their studies.
All students are advised to review and comply with this notice promptly. For any inquiries, please contact the Student Affairs Office (Rooms 225, 221, and 219, Building 3, North Campus) during the notice period.
